Chinese Chilli Chicken

Chinese chilli chicken
Method
- Heat 3-4 tbsp of oil
- Once the oil is well heated, add 1 tbsp of ginger and garlic
- Add 31/2 tbsp of soya sauce, 1 tbsp of green chilli sauce, 1 tbsp of brown chinese chilli sauce
- Swirl the ginger and garlic in the sauces
- Add, 7-8 deseeded split green chillies and 1 onion chopped into 4 cubes
- Stir well together
- Add the chicken
- Add 1 tsp of salt and a bit of black pepper
- Add 1/2 tbsp soya sauce
- Keep stirring for the heat to get into the chicken
- Add some capsicum, green chillies and some lighter green chillies on top
- Toss them together
- Ready to serve
