We all know chef Manish Mehrotra's knowledge and expertise in Indian food. We are also aware of the fact that the award-winning chef has been on a mission to reinvent the food that he has grown up eating. Therefore, it was no surprise to find the Indian Accent chef teaching the art of Indian cooking at a class at the prestigious The International Culinary Centre in New York.

Earlier in February, chef Manish Mehrotra celebrated the completion of one year of the NYC outpost of Indian Accent. By the looks of his Instagram profile, chef Mehrotra demonstrated how to make curries and explained the nuances of Indian spices.

Apart from whipping up some fabulous desi food in his NYC restaurant kitchen, the reputed chef is also meeting acclaimed chefs from around the world. Living the good chef life, we say!
