I recently visited this much-talked-about Arts Cafe at NMACC and from the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for something extraordinary. The first thing that struck me was the cafe's stunning design, brought to life by Gauri Khan. The earthy tones, brass accents, and intricate Art Deco details exuded elegance. The centrepiece, a majestic 16-foot wave-like bar, caught my eye instantly. Surrounding me were mesmerising artworks by global names like Damien Hirst and Takashi Murakami, transforming the space into a visual feast.

Outdoors, the al fresco terrace was just as stunning, with incredible views of the ‘Fountain of Joy.’ It was the perfect spot to kick back, enjoy the breeze, and soak in the vibe. The lounge was super cosy, with comfy seating and a cute little coffee bar. Honestly, every corner of this cafe had its charm—thoughtfully designed to make you want to stay a little longer and just take it all in.

What I Tried
I was seriously impressed by the menu at NMACC Arts Cafe; it strikes this perfect balance between simple and refined, with dishes that feel familiar but have a fun twist. The lamb kebabs were a standout for me, marinated in Korean chilli and paired with a creamy peanut sauce and a crunchy Asian slaw. So good! I also loved the clay oven roast chicken, which was perfectly cooked and came with a side of buttery mashed potatoes. For the little ones, the Little Gourmet menu is spot on with comfort foods like penne pomodoro, crispy fried fish, and chicken schnitzel.

The dessert menu? Total heaven. The gajar ka halwa with saffron jalebi and rabri ice cream was a delicious mix of warm, sweet, and creamy, which is everything you would want in a dessert.

As for drinks, I started with a glass of rosé wine and then tried the Mango Picante cocktail. It was the perfect blend of sweet and spicy, with just the right kick of jalapeño.

The Verdict
From the cocktails to the food, everything at NMACC Arts Cafe was so thoughtfully put together. It was an experience that was both, surprising and delightful, and one I’ll remember. The warm and attentive hospitality made the whole experience even better, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in.
