The menu honors a variety of Indian culinary traditions, featuring locally sourced, GI-tagged ingredients and traditional cooking techniques like Dum, Tawa, and Patthar.

Crafted by Saheba Singh from This Is It Design Studio, the interiors merge vintage charm with modern sophistication. The vaulted ceilings, Persian carpets, and artwork from local artists foster a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for heartfelt conversations and meaningful connections.

What we tried
Our dining experience at HyLo was a vibrant exploration of refreshing drinks, robust spices, and luxurious desserts. We began with the Musk-eteer, a cocktail made with light, sweet, and incredibly refreshing musk melon that was flavorful and cleverly named, setting the perfect tone for our meal.

The Maharashtrian Green Thecha Prawns stood out among the various dishes that we enjoyed. Known for its intense heat, thecha is a Maharashtrian staple, and while this iteration wasn’t as spicy as anticipated, it still delivered bold flavors and succulent prawns. The Mutton Seekh Kebabs were another highlight, perfectly spiced and reminiscent of traditional kebabs, offering a comforting and nostalgic taste. The smoky, well-seasoned meat was both, hearty and satisfying.

To finish on a sweet note, we savored the Kheer Komola, a Bengali treat that combined creamy rice pudding with refreshing citrus. The unexpected burst of orange provided a bright, zesty contrast to the richness of the kheer, making it a dessert that stayed with us long after the last bite.
