Method
- Pour the juice of half a lemon onto the fish pieces
- Add 1 ½ tbsp of turmeric powder
- Add 1 ½ tbsp of vegetable oil
- Add the salt as per taste
- Mix well, and carefully layer all the ingredients onto the fish pieces
- Transfer the fish into a tupperware box/ zip lock pouch
- When cooking, defrost and wash the fish before use
