June is a long-awaited month for all of us who nestle a monsoon-lover within us. And with the season setting in a little early this year, it is a respite after the scorching heat of the summers. If you're in the mood to curl-up with your favourite snacks and desserts, this time around we'd say you're in luck, as we at Start2Bake are very excited to announce the amazing line-up of online and offline workshops that'll help you to learn a whole new set of techniques and methods to ensure you're ramping up your baking game in the best possible way. And the best part? We've kept in mind our tiny-tots who're equally enthusiastic about baking too.

Ravioli special for kids
This 100% eggless class with chef Miera Asrani, a trained culinary artist and founder of Chef's Table is designed specially for all the kids who take an active interest in cooking and learning about new dishes.In this offline workshop they will be taught first hand how to make ravioli sheets from scratch with a healthy cheese and spinach stuffing tossed in butter garlic sauce.

Secret of tarts
Mohena Ahluwalia is a trained chef from Le Cordon Bleu and will be hosting this three hour online class, to divulge all the tips and tricks and help you bake mouth-melting tarts, from chocolate caramel to mini berries. This class will cover four interesting flavours you cannot miss. Plus, she'll also guide you to master the art of baking the perfect shortcrust pastry while at it to concoct a variety of sweets, pies and tarts as and when you please.

Cupcakes and more, kids special
Chef Miera Asrani is coming back to host her second kids' special class with us. We ensure this is going to be an absolutely therapeutic experience and a great way to unwind during the weekend for our little guests, who whisk cupcake batter and patiently learn the art of making and applying a frosting of their choice (either vanilla or chocolate, or both) on the cupcakes.

One of India's top ten home-bakers, chef Gitika Abbott is coming back after hosting a very successful workshop to teach her signature topsy-turvy anti gravity four tier cake—using the newest techniques and methods at this three-day offline and hands-on masterclass live at our studio in Lower Parel, Mumbai you'll not just get to learn the tricks but make a cake for yourself too.

If you swear by jams and spreads for your morning breakfast or find yourself tasting a spoonful of it at random hours of the day, this workshop is just right for you. Learn from chef Gunjan Sharma, the head of Metier Peca—a baking and culinary school based in Delhi— to make a delicious set of jams and spreads using fresh seasonal fruits easily available near you, from the comfort of your own homes. This class will also cover the science behind perfecting the art of making marmalades and jellies.
