Sindhi Koak Palla Fish

Procedure:
- Take a bowl and add the chopped onions
- Add the chopped tomatoes
- Add the chopped ginger
- Add the chopped green chillies
- Add 1 tsp of dhaniya powder (coriander powder)
- Add ½ tsp red chilli powder
- Add ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- Add ¼ tsp of amchoor powder (dry mango powder)
- Add 2 tbsp of sour dahi (yogurt)
- Add salt as per taste
- Mix well
- Add few coriander leaves
- Mix again
- Heat a non-stick pan
- Add 2 tbsp of oil
- Spread it evenly into the pan
- Place the 2 pieces of fish
- Lightly move them around
- TIP: Do not overcook the fish, it just needs to be half fried
- Flip the fish pieces to cook from the other side
- Once done, take the fish pieces out on a plate
- Evenly spread out the masala on the inside of the half cooked fish pieces
- Use the same non-stick pan and place the masala coated fishes back into it
- Cover the pan with a lid and let the fish steam for a few minutes
- Once all the water has dried up the fish is ready to be served
