Fried Brinjal

Procedure:
- Heat 2-3 tbsp oil
- In a plate, place the sliced brinjals
- Now add turmeric powder
- Tip: There are no accurate proportions. You can use the ingredients as per your requirements and taste
- Add mix masla/red chilli powder
- Add salt to taste
- Add juice of half a lime
- Smear the masala all over the brinjal
- Tip: This can be done with potatoes/bottle gourd/purple yam
- Once the oil is hot, fry the brinjals
- Tip: Poke a ladle/spoon into the brinjal, if it's soft, it is considered cooked
- Ready to serve
- For children, you can also sprinkle some cheese on top
