Chickpea and Potato Gravy

Procedure:
- Add 2 tbsp of oil into a pressure cooker
- Add the jeera
- Add the garlic-ginger paste
- Stir well until garlic-ginger turn golden brown
- Add the onion and totmato puree
- Stir well
- Add the green chillies
- Add coriander leaves
- Add salt as per taste
- Add coriander powder
- Add red chilli powder
- Add haldi (turmeric powder)
- Mix well
- Add dahi once the tomatoes are cooked
- Add the potatoes
- Add the choliya
- Mix well
- TIP: Cook the choliya on slow flame for 5 mins
- Add water to adjust the gravy
- Shut the cooker let the choliya pressure cook for 2 whistles and then on slow flame for 2-3 mins
- TIP: poke a knife through potato to check if its done
- TIP: The same recipe can done for choliya paneer and aloo mutter as well
- Add the garam masala
- Add the coriander leaves
- Stir well
- Ready to serve
