Chocolate Pie

- TIP: Variations to this pie, for the base use regular biscuit instead of chocolate
- TIP: Cream: you can use any fruit flavour kiwi, mango, strawberry too!
Method
- Add melted butter to the biscuit crumbs
- Mix it well, for the butter to be absorbed and the consistency is gooey
- For the pie, in a detachable base pie tin (or any small dessert bowl) evenly spread the biscuit and butter mixture in a thin layer
- Freeze for 5 minutes to set
- Evenly spread the chocolate cream, covering the base completely
- Lightly tap to remove air bubbles
- Garnish with strawberries
- Let it set in the fridge for 10 minutes
