Bombay Duck Gravy

Method:
- Heat 2 tbsp oil
- Once the oil heats, add 7-8 crushed garlic
- Once the garlic cloves turn slightly brown, add the marinated bombil
- Pour little water
- Mix well
- Now add 2-3 kokam
- Add coriander
- Cover with a lid and let it cook under the steam for 5-10 mins
- TIP: Do not over cook the bombil (Bombay Ducks) as they cook easily
- Ready to serve
