Belgian Chocolate Pudding

Procedure

  • Use a saucepan with water and a stainless steel bowl as double boiler
  • Transfer the butter into the double boiler
  • Add the belgian chocolate
  • Stir well
  • Add the cinnamon powder
  • Keep stirring
  • Once all the ingredients have melted well, keep them aside
  • Add water into a saucepan
  • Add the sugar
  • Stir well
  • Add the sugar syrup into the melted chocolate
  • Keep stirring while adding the sugar syrup
  • Add eggs one by one while stirring the mixture
  • Transfer the ready mixture into the ramekins
  • Use a deep aluminum/ stainless steel pan
  • Fill it with 1 inch of water
  • Place the pudding ramekins into the pan
  • Bake the pudding at 130degrees for 20 mins
  • Serve warm with ice cream
