Procedure:
- In a blender, add chopped capsicum
- Add the green chillies and cucumber
- Add the mint leaves
- Add 3 spring onions
- Blend them into a fine paste
- TIP: You can also add fresh coriander and more green chilli to this dip
- Now add the vegan mayonnaise
- Add salt as per taste
- Blitz it one more time
