Sindhi Eggless Besan Omelette Recipe

- To the besan (gram flour), add 1 finely chopped onion
- Add finely chopped ginger, green chillies and coriander
- Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and salt to taste
- Add water and mix all the ingredients
- Ensure there are no lumps in the batter
- The consistency is to be free flowing
- Pour oil on a pan and spread evenly
- Add batter and spread it evenly in a circle
- Allow the omelette to cook
- Sprinkle some oil on the top so the omelette doesn't stick to the pan
- Flip it over
- Check to see if both sides are done
- Add more oil and fry the omelette till it is golden brown
- Flip and fry the other side
- Turn it around to check if both sides are properly done
- Serve hot!
