Boondi Aloo Raita

- Soak 2 tbsp of boondi in warm water for a minute or two
- Add the chopped potatoes into the blended curd (dahi)
- Squeeze out the excess water from the boondi and add to the curd (dahi)
- Add ¼ tsp of salt
- Add the finely chopped coriander leaves
- Add finely chopped mint leaves
- Mix all the ingredients together
- Transfer the mixture into the serving dish
- For garnishing: sprinkle out ¼ tsp of red chilli powder on to it
- Sprinkle ¼ tsp of jeera powder (cumin powder)
- Sprinkle ¼ tsp of black pepper powder
- Decorate with a few whole mint leaves on top
- Serve cold
