Pesto is a sauce originating in Genoa in the Liguria region of northern Italy (pesto alla genovese), and traditionally consists of crushed garlic, basil, and European pine nuts blended with olive oil.
Method:
1. Marinate your chicken with salt, vinegar and leave it aside for a while.
2. In a blender, add some basil leaves, walnuts, garlic cloves, salt, olive oil, pepper, Parmesan cheese and water and blend it to form a paste.
3. Add the sauce to your chicken and mix it in.
4. Heat a pan and add some oil to it. Add your chicken pieces in the pan and cook well on both sides.
5. Serve hot.
