Recipe: An Anglo-Indian Mutton Pishpash

The day is about to end and all you can think of is what to make for dinner, right? Your worries end here. Ananya brings you the perfect dish to make for today's dinner, Pishpash or Bengali Risotto, an Anglo Indian delicacy with a Bengali twist.
Method:
1. Heat butter in a pressure cooker.
2. Add cinnamon, cloves, cardamoms, ginger and garlic and saute for few seconds.
3. Add onions, lentils, mutton, rice, salt and sugar and milk. Add water and pressure cook till mutton is tender.
4. Sprinkle fried onion and coriander leaves and serve
