Poutine

- Heat a wok
- Add 1 tbsp of oil
- Add the finely chopped onions
- Fry the onions on a high flame
- Add a pinch of salt
- Fry the onions on a low flame until they turn brown
- Add 2 tbsp of whole wheat flour
- Stir well and roast the flour with the onions until it turns light brown
- Add one cup of water
- Stir well and break the lumps
- TIP: Add ½ cup of additional water if you feel poutine is too thick
- Add 1 tbsp of vegetarian worcestershire sauce
- Add salt to taste
- Add pepper as per taste
- Add 1 vegetarian stock cube
- Mix well
- Let the mixture come to a boil, and turn off the flame
For Plating
- Add the French fries in a bowl
- Scatter the mozzarella cheese cubes
- Pour the hot gravy on top of the fries
- Garnish with some cho pped spring onion leaves
