Pav Bhaji At Home

Heat a kadai
Add butter
Add 1 tsp of oil
Add the grated onions
Stir well
Add the garlic chutney
Mix well
Add the diced capsicum
Mix well
Add the soaked pav bhaji masala and red chilli powder
Stir well
TIP: Keep stirring the masala so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the kadai
Add the mashed potatoes
Mix well
Add 1 cup of water
Mix well
Add the tomato puree
Mix well
Add salt as per taste
Lower the flame and add ½ cup of water
Mix well
Add the boiled green peas
Mix well
TIP: one can also add boiled and mashed carrots, cauliflower, cabbage and french beans along with mashed potatoes
Add coriander leaves
TIP: Reduce the thickness by adding water.
Ready to serve!
