Lemon rice is a South-Indian, homestyle, one-pot meal recipe that everyone needs right now! Yes, we do have all the time in the world right now to cook, but nothing beats comfort food. And, lemon rice is one such rice dish that is absolutely delightful in days like these & easy to make. Our content producer, Aabha, cooks up a storm of this beautiful recipe with Tata Sampann's Urad Dal & Chana Dal. It's a quick 15-minute recipe that involves no chopping for days when work from home gets hectic.
How To Make Lemon Rice:
1. Heat the oil in a pan add Peanuts, Mustard seeds, Curry Leaves, Urad Dal, Chana Dal and saute it for a while.
2. Now add Turmeric then mix it and let it cook for a while.
3. Then add the cooked Rice, lemon juice, salt and mix it well.
4. It is ready to serve hot.
