Making a good Pulav and Biryani is an art and Archana has it simplified it for your pleasure.The Pulav gets its flavor from browned onions and whole garam masalas. So this weekend cook up a meal fit for the kings.
Method:
1. In a heated pan, add in oil, bay leaves, onions, coriander and mix.
2. Add in rice, cooked mutton, masala, salt, stock and let it cook.
3. Garnish and serve.
