- Roast dry coconut, sesame seeds and dry red chillies together
- Add the roasted ingredients to the mixer
- Add the garlic cloves
- Add salt to taste
- Grind till it turns into a coarse powder
- TIP: Due to no addition of water, keep mixing in intervals
