Coriander Fritters
Learn how to make crispy coriander fritters/kothimbir vadi at home for a yummy and tasty evening snack or serve at as starters for any occasion.

- Heat 1 tbsp oil
- Once the oil is hot, add 1/2 tsp rai (mustard seeds)
- Add 1/4 tsp haldi
- Add 1/4 tsp hing
- Add 1 tbsp crushed ginger-garlic
- Add 1 tsp mix masala
- Add 1/2 cup crushed peanut powder
- Add 1 cup chopped coriander
- Add 1 cup gram flour
- Add salt to taste
- Add water
- Mix well
- TIP: You can also make this with spinach and radish leaves
- TIP: The mixture should turn into a soft dough
- TIP: The plate should also be greased with ghee/oil
- Put the mixture in the plate and flatten it
- TIP: Apply ghee/oil on your hands
- Cool for 5-8 mins
- Heat enough oil for deep frying
- As the oil heats, cut the flattened mixture into squares
- Once the oil is hot, drop in the pieces
- Fry till they turn golden brown
- Ready to serve
