- In a pressure cooked, add kheema
- Add 2 potatoes
- Add 1 tsp coriander powder
- Add chopped green chillies
- Add chopped ginger
- Add 1 cup water
- Close the pressure cooker
- TIP: Make the flame slow after the 1st whistle and cook the kheema for 8 mins
- TIP: Cool the cooker for 5 mins before opening
- TIP: Poke a knife to check if the potato is cooked
- TIP: Dry the kheema before removing it
- Mash the peeled potatoes
- Add the boiled kheema to it
- Add 1/4 tsp garam masala
- Add 1/2 tsp jeera powder
- Add 1/4 tsp pepper
- Add salt to taste
- Add the chopped coriander
- Add soaked bread
- Mix well
- TIP: Apply oil on your palms to make the tikkis
- Make small tikkis
- Flatten the tikkis
- Cover the tikkis in bread crumbs
- Heat oil in a pan
- Spread the oil evenly in the pan
- Once the oil is hot, put the tikkis in it
- Fry the tikkis till they are evenly brown from both sides
- TIP: You can add little oil if needed
- Ready to serve
