Jhatpat Patty

- Mix all the spices in the boiled and mashed potatoes
- In a bowl, add 3-4 boiled, peeled and mashed potatoes
- Add 2 chopped 2 green chillies and 7-8 garlic cloves
- Add coriander as per taste
- Add salt as per taste
- Mix the ingredients well together
- Once the ingredients are mixed well, time to make the patties
- Make medium sized patties from the potato mixture
- Once the patties are ready, time to heat oil in a pan
- Coat the ready patties with bread crumbs and then fry them
- Heat 2-3 tbsp of oil if you want to deep fry the patties
- Dry the regular bread and crush it in the grinder to get these bread crumbs
- Once the oil is hot, start frying the patties
- These can also be served in burger bun with cabbage leaves and cheese slices
- Once the patties are fried on one side, flip them to allow them to cook from the other side
- Fry these patties till they turn golden brown on both sides
- Serve hot
