How To Make A Christmassy Plum Cake In A Mug

Christmas is finally here, and Amrita shows you how to make the quintessential plum cake in a mug. It is quick and easy!

1. Sieve flour, cinnamon powder and baking powder together add nuts and tutti fruiti to it mix in bread crumb.

2. Cream butter and brown sugar till light and fluffy. Beat in the egg. Add orange juice Fold in the dry ingredients.

3. Ladle mixture into greased cups bake in the microwave for 1 minute till just set.

4. Serve with Ice cream and top it with colourful sprinkles.
