- Emulsify the olive oil and sugarcane vinegar
- TIP: Emulsification means to combine the oil and vinegar together
- Now add 1 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp sugar and 1 1/2 pinch of salt
- Beat all the ingredients together
- Place the finely chopped cabbage into the salad bowl
- Pour the dressing over it
- Ensure every string of cabbage is soaked in the dressing
- TIP: Keep in the refrigerator for an hour before serving
