- To the oil, add minced garlic
- Add oregano
- Add salt as per taste
- Add little coriander
- Add few chilli flakes
- Stir all the ingredients together
- Once the ingredients are mixed, apply it on the slices of bread
- TIP: You can use baguettes to make garlic bread as well
- Put the bread into a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes
- Can also be served with vegan mayonnaise
