Easy Cooking: Tuvar Daal

1. Start by cooking the dal in a pressure cooker with water, turmeric and hing.
2. Once cooked, take off the heat and keep aside.
3. In a heated pan, add in ghee, cumin seeds, hing, mustard seeds, curry leaves and the cooked dal along with salt.
4. Mix well and let it cook.
5. Serve hot.
