The Diwali celebrations have begun & what better way to enjoy this festival than with some pipping hot Gulab Jamuns! Join the celebrations by following these easy steps.
Method:
1. In a heavy bottom pan, add the Sugar, Cardamom, Water, Saffron and mix it till the sugar dissolves.
2. Keep it aside to cool.
3. Knead in the khoya, maida and ghee together. Scoop out small portions and make small balls.
4. Deep fry them and soak them in sugar syrup.
5. Serve.
