Dahi Bhalla Papdi Chaat

- Add the urad dal into mixer
- Add the green chillies
- Grind the dal
- Add a little water
- TIP: Do not add too much water as we need to keep a thick consistency to make the bhallas
- Transfer the batter into a bowl
- Add the salt
- Add the ajwain
- Fry small round portions in a deep frying pan with hot oil
- Turn them around and fry until they turn light golden brown
- Once done transfer them into water
- Soak them in water for about half an hour after which squeeze out the water
To make the dahi papdi chat
- Add salt into the dahi
- Add the jeera powder (cumin seed powder)
- Add the pepper powder
- Add the powdered sugar
- Stir well
- Place the papdi in a bowl
- Add the boiled potatoes
- Add the bhallas
- Add the dahi (curd)
- Add the imli chutney (tamarind chutney)
- Add the green chutney (mint chutney)
- Garnish with coriander leaves
- Ready to serve
