- Add salt to the chickpeas
- Some spice mix
- And a little olive oil
- Mix well
- Tip – Be gentle, or the chickpeas will get mashed
- Put in an oven pre-heated to 200 degrees Celsius for 30 min or till they get crunchy
- Tip – Grease your baking tray with oil before putting in the chickpeas
- Ready to serve
