Gotta love orange and cinnamon, especially in a cake! I'm flying down to bombay tomorrow for a corporate workshop on 16th. So excited about the opportunities coming my way. It's 'almost' winter here in Mumbai, and strawberries are making their way from Mahabaleshwar. Baking Christmas cakes with them was never this fun. :-)
