He needs no introduction. Twice Michelin starred chef Atul Kochhar has come a long way since he left his hometown, Jamshedpur. A passion for Indian food was enough to inspire Kochhar to launch award-winning restaurants such as Tamarind and Benares in London. The unassuming chef made his India debut early last year with NRI BKC followed by Lima.
