Smita Sharan is a self-taught baker, who also co-owns a bakery known as Flour Butter Sugar. After taking a sabbatical from work, she started off with baking only to realise her passion for it. In this class, she will be teaching a few techniques and gorgeous cake recipes namely blueberry lemon coffee cake, pear, coffee & walnut tarte tatin and hazelnut mocha cake with chocolate caramel sauce.
