Does the thought of another year scare you? The start of a new year always stirs a mix of excitement and apprehension. Like many, we find ourselves wondering what lies ahead and end up checking our horoscopes, whether we believe in it or not. This time, however, we thought how cool it would be to know the kind of food and flavours that will complement 2025 and how it will represent what’s coming.
