What We Tried
We started with the Egg and Hen Dumpling, a delightful blend of tender chicken and soft-cooked egg that offered a rich and comforting bite. Next came the Asparagus Bombil Tempura Roll, a sushi dish that balanced textures and flavours beautifully. The crispy tempura coating added crunch, while the fresh asparagus and the seafood essence of bombil brought a unique twist to the roll.

For mains, we chose the Hong Kong Clay Pot Rice, a dish that featured perfectly cooked rice in a clay pot, topped with mushrooms and greens. The result was a deliciously smoky flavour with crispy rice edges that added an extra layer of texture. We also tried the Bang Bang Flat Noodles, where wide, flat noodles were stir-fried in a spicy and creamy sauce, creating a bold and satisfying dish packed with flavour.

What We Liked
What stood out for us was the Egg and Hen Dumpling—its combination of tender chicken and soft-cooked egg created a comforting, rich bite that felt both familiar and indulgent. The Bang Bang Flat Noodles impressed with its bold, spicy, and creamy sauce, elevating the wide, flat noodles into a flavorful and satisfying main course. Each dish had a distinctive character, making the entire dining experience dynamic and memorable.
