Roast them well for 3-4 mins. Don't burn them.
Once done, remove in a plate to cool.
In a mixer add the wet masala ingredients and give it a good mix.
Add water if required. To this add the roasted dry masala. This will be the masala for the curry. Keep it aside.
In a deep pan, add oil and let it get heated
Then add the masala and mix it well so that it gets well heated.
To this add salt and turmeric powder and mix again.
Then add water and the chicken pieces. Give it a good mix.
Cover the pan and let it cook for 5-7 mins.
