Tadke Wala Dahi

Procedure:
- Add the oil into the kadhai/ deep frying pan
- Add the finely chopped ginger
- Add the finely chopped garlic
- Stir well until ginger and garlic turn golden brown
- Add a few green chillies
- Add some finely chopped coriander leaves
- TIP: Cook on a low flame
- Add the onions
- Sauté the onions on a high flame until translucent
- Add the tomatoes
- Add the red chilli powder
- Add the haldi powder (turmeric powder)
- Mix well
- Cook the tomatoes on a high flame
- Stir and cook the masla until it’s well blended
- Add the curd (thick yogurt)
- Mix well
- Let the curd come to a boil
- Add the green chillies and coriander leaves for garnish
