Vegetarian Fried Rice (Gujarati)
Toss up some street style Chinese fried rice at home.
1. Heat 4 tbsp of oil in a pan & stir-fry 2 cups of chopped vegetables of your choice for 2-3 minutes.
2. Add 6 cups of boiled rice to the vegetables.
3. Add Ching’s Secret Schezwan Masala & stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
4. Garnish with chopped spring onion & serve hot.
