1. Begin by marinating the chicken with all the dry spices along with ginger, garlic, chilli paste and curd.
2. Mix this well and makesure the chicken is well coated.
3. Add the chicken into a pressure cooker along with some water and let it cook.
4. In a heated pan, add in butter and the chicken and shallow fry it until it turns golden brown.
5. Garnish and serve.
