Stock Up On Homemade Ketchup
Dip your favourite bhajiyas and pakoras in a bowl full of homemade ketchup!
1. In a heated pan, caramelise the sugar.
2. In a different pan, add in tomato and pumpkin puree and let them cook for a while.
3. Once the sugar caramalises, add it to the tomato and pumpkin mix along with salt, pepper and cloves.
4. Add in chili flakes, onion powder, garlic powder and vinegar. Mix well and let it cook.
5. Once cooked, strain the mixture and serve.
