Spicy Shankarpali

A step away from the otherwise sweet shankarpali, this one is with a Chinese twist.

1. In a bowl, add Chings fried rice masala and some oil. Mix well and keep aside.

2. Roll out 2 circles of the white flour dough.

3. Spread and sandwich the chings paste between noth the circles.

4. Cut this into small rectangles and deep fry.

5. Serve hot.
