Method:
1. Dry roast the poha in a Kadai until crispy
2. Keep aside in a plate
3. Now heat 2 spoons of oil in the Kadai
4. Add the dhania seeds, the green chilli and the curry leaves
5. Add the chana daal and saute
6. Now add salt, sugar and turmeric as per your taste
7. Add the poha and mix till all of the ingredients are combined
8. Serve hot
9. Store for upto a week in an airtight container
