Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Eggs

Procedure:
- Beat the eggs and add salt and pepper to it
- Add 1tbsp water
- Heat the pan
- Pour oil into the pan
- Add the egg mixture
- Stir till the scrambled egg is ready
- Add salmon
- Allow it to cook for 5 minutes on a medium to low flame
- Tip-Salmon can be substituted with ham, chicken salami or chicken shreds
For tomato cups:
- Cut off the top and bottom ends of a Tomato
- Cut the tomato into two halves
- Putting knife into the tomato scoop out the seeds and flesh
- Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper
- Tip-You can also add chilli flakes or mustard
- Put scrambled egg inside the tomato cups
- Sprinkle chives on top
- Ready to serve
