Recipe: Sugary Malpuas For Your Sweet Tooth

Malpua's are sweet Indian pancakes, made during the festival time.

Method:

1. Start by mixing the flour, salt, fennel seeds,cardamom powder, sugar and saffron.

2. Then gradually add the milk to it and mix the batter till its smooth.

3. Heat a pan and add some ghee to it.

4. Once the ghee is hot, take some batter and pour it on the pan to make a pancake.

5. Cook it well on both sides until golden brown.

6.Serve them with some rabdi.
