Recipe: Bengal's Favourite Bhapa Ilish or Steamed Hilsa

A yummy steamed mustard hilsa-fish curry. Make this for your special Independence Day lunch and have a blast. Do share your experience with us.
Method:
1. Prepare mustard paste made with both kinds of mustard (black
and yellow), 2 green chilies and salt.
2. Take a microwavable dish. Place hilsa fish. Apply well on the fish - salt, turmeric, mustard paste, yogurt, mustard oil and green
chilies.
3. Cover with a cling film. Microwave for 3 mins
