Rasmalai Parfait

Procedure:

  • In a bowl, line half the quantity of rasgullas neatly
  • Mix the powdered sugar with the whipped cream and layer it on top of the rasgullas
  • Layer half the quantity of the mango cubes on top of the whipped cream
  • Instead of mangoes, you can also use strawberries, kiwis, pineapple etc.
  • Sprinkle the toasted and baked cashew nuts on top
  • Create one more layer of the rasgullas
  • Add another layer of the sweetened whipped cream on top
  • Add the remaining mango cubes on top, followed by some more cashew nuts
  • Garnish the parfait with some more whipped cream
  • Lastly, place the wafer sticks on the parfait
  • Allow the dessert to chill for 2 hours
