Pickles of India : Maharashtrian Style Mango Pickle

Summer's here and that means it’s time to stock up on delicious pickles! That’s why we’re giving you this traditional Mango Pickle/Aam Ka Achar recipe that’s sure to become a family favourite!

Rinse and wipe the mangoes.

Dice the mangoes and discard the seeds.

Mix all the spices and salt with the diced mangoes.

Keep it aside Heat mustard oil in the kadhai, add mustard and allow it to crackle

Now add the diced mangoes coated with spices.

Stir till it cooks well Mango pickle is ready. Store it in the dry jar
