Peshawari Murg Tangdi
A step-by-step guide to cooking the perfect Peshawari chicken at home.;
1. Begin by marinating the chicken with all the spice powders, ginger garlic, chilli paste and curd.
2. Keep aside for a few hours.
3. Put the marinated chicken in a pressure cooker and cook for a while.
4. In a pan, add in butter, add the chicken pieces in the pan and saute.
5. Add in lemon juice, garnish and serve.
